Project Description:

This private residential palace is located in the Al-Falah district of Riyadh, on a land area of 3,245 square meters.
The project consists of a luxurious main villa, three independent villas, and an annex building offering additional service and recreational functions.
Designed as a compact family compound, it provides privacy and comfort within a fully integrated residential environment.
The architectural style is modern and elegant, combining transparent glass elements with warm wooden details,
while harmonizing outdoor spaces and landscaping to create a refined and cohesive living experience.
